Defining pulse sections

This section pulls pulse surveys for a resource into the resource's appraisal form.

  1. Select Administrator > Performance > Appraisal Forms.
  2. On the Sections tab, select Create > Create Pulse Section.
  3. Specify this information:
    Section

    Specify a short and long description for the section. The long description is displayed on the appraisal form.

    Active

    The section is active by default. Clear the check box to inactivate it.

    Instructions

    Specify instructions for the appraiser.

    Include Manager Pulse

    Select this check box to include manager comments on pulse surveys on the appraisal form.

    Include Employee Pulse

    Select this check box to include employee comments on pulse surveys on the appraisal form.

  4. Click Save.
