Viewing rating distribution by managers or by organization units

Administrators can view the rating distribution chart by managers or by organization units.
  1. Select Performance > Appraisal Dashboard > Rating Distribution > By Managers. You can also select Performance > Appraisal Dashboard > Rating Distribution > By Organization Units.
  2. Select a manager or an organization unit.
  3. Click Search.
  4. Specify this information:
    Appraisal
    Specify the appraisal form to view in the rating distribution chart.
    Include Descendants
    Select this option to include the data for the manager’s reports and their reports in the rating distribution chart.
    Begin
    Specify the date that the appraisal begins.
    End
    Specify the date that the appraisal ends.
  5. Click Search.
