Home page for employee engagement

The home page is a dashboard view of employee engagement activity.

To access the home page, select Employee Engagement > Home.

The tiles that are displayed depend on the system configuration. Click the tiles on the dashboard to perform these functions:

• Review Nominations: View and maintain nominations.
• Recognition Programs: View and maintain recognition programs.
• Rave Dashboard: View recognitions that have been submitted.
• Pulse Question Library: View and maintain the pulse question library.
• Pulse Programs: View and maintain pulse programs.
• Pulse Program Enrollment: View and maintain employees in pulse programs.
• Employee Check-Ins: View and maintain check-ins by employee.
• Check-Ins By Manager: View and maintain check-ins by manager.
• Check-In Analytics: View check-in analytics for organization units and supervisors.
• Engagement Periods: View and maintain engagement years for an organization.
• Assign Engagement Periods: Assign an engagement period to an organization.
• Recognition Categories: View and maintain recognition categories.
• Employee Recognition Configuration: Configure the Rave program for an organization.
