Perform this task to change the pre-defined appointment for an employee who received it as a member of a group.
- Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
- Select .
- In the Appointment List pane, select the check box for an appointment.
- In the Appointments pane, select the check box for the employee whose appointment must change.
- Select .
- Specify this information:

Change the pre-defined appointment to assign to this employee. If a suitable appointment is not available, then you can create one.

- Click Submit.
