Enabling and configuring Mobile HCM

Before employees can use the Mobile HCM application, it must be enabled by an administrator in Infor HR Talent.

  1. Sign in as Administrator.
  2. Select Set Up > Structure > Mobile Configurations.
  3. Select and open the organization for which to enable mobile employees.
  4. Specify this information:
    Enable Change Profile Photo
    Select this check box to enable users to change their profile photos using the Mobile HCM application.
    Enable Access To Default Application
    Select the check box for employees to access the Mobile HCM base application. If this check box is cleared, Mobile HCM can only be accessed through a configured homepage setup.

    Logo
    To customize the application with your company logo, select a logo from the user images in the application. The logo is displayed on the splash screen, homepage, and navigation menu.
    Primary Theme Color
    Specify a color in hexadecimal format preceded by a pound sign (#) to customize the color for employee and manager banners. For example, #000000. If a user selects a theme from the Navigation Menu in Infor Go, this color is overridden by the user selection. If left blank, the header color is used.
    Secondary Theme Color
    Specify a color in hexadecimal format preceded by a pound sign (#). This color is used for the profile photo outline, the My Team More Reports arrow, and the headers for modal screens that are accessed from home page widgets. If a user selects a theme from the Navigation Menu in Infor Go, this color is overridden by the user selection. If left blank, the header color is used.
  5. Configure the Mobile Employee tab, the Mobile Manager tab, and the Configuration Options tab.
  6. Click Save.
