Creating the endpoint URL

For users to create tickets and to view and retrieve help topics, an administrator must create an endpoint URL.
  1. Sign in as Administrator. The administrator role must be assigned the GHREmployeeSelfAccess security class.
  2. From the Start menu, select Data > la > Business Classes > ConfigurationParameter.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Component
    Specify config.
    Name
    Specify ASKHR.WSI.ENDPOINT.
    Type
    Select URL.
    Value
    Specify https://host:port/Infor.Cloud.Mobile/Mobile.svc. Where host and port are the server and port where the web service resides.
  5. Click Save.
