Navigation for Mobile HCM

The Mobile HCM homepage functions as a dashboard for these items:

• Navigation menu: Provides ways to navigate the application.
  • Role switcher: Employee, Manager, or other homepages depending on user access. Mobile HCM is only available for Employee and Manager homepages.
  • Home: Homepage for the selected role.
  • Widget menu items: Detail pages for individual widgets.
• Banner messages: Contains up to four banner messages to be displayed.
• Directory: Can be used to search for employees in the organization.
• Links: Contains links for profile, team, and badges.
• Widgets: Consists of interactive tiles for an employee or manager to access content
