Viewing the learning budgets of managers reporting to you

This topic is applicable if your organization uses learning budgets. It is not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

To view your managers' budgets

Select Develop Employees > Learning Budget Analysis.
Select the Direct Report Budgets tab.

The Managers panel shows the managers reporting to you.

Click the arrow next to a manager to view the manager's own direct report managers.
Select a manager to view the budgets that the manager owns.

Note:
Your managers can be assigned to budgets that you are not assigned to. For example, if your pay currency is US dollar, you cannot be assigned to a Euro budget, but any of your managers that have a euro pay currency can be, and you can view these budgets in the budget currency.
To view the details for a manager's budget, open the budget on the Budget Details panel.
- The Requests tab shows the activities associated with the budget, their total projected costs, and their statuses. Open an activity to view the details. Select the Costs tab to view the details of the costs associates with an activity.
- The Budget Totals tab shows the actual budget amount that you are responsible for, the projected spent amount (which is the total projected costs of the resource activities associated with the budget), and the remaining amount.
To complete a budget review, click Complete My Budget Review.

You cannot complete a budget review if there are direct report budgets awaiting review.
