Guidelines for aligned organizational goals

If you select a category on the employee goal, all aligned goals must also be associated with that category.

If you leave the Category field blank on the employee goal, you can align the resource goal with organizational goals of any category.

The begin and end dates of the employee goal be within the begin and end dates of the organizational goal.
