Printing action plans (goal leader)

For the action plans that you have access to, you can create PDF files that you can print or save.

All roles have access to the same printing actions

  1. Access Goal Leader > Resource Goals.
  2. Select the resource for whom you want to print action plans.
  3. On the Resources panel, click Action Plans.
  4. Select one the following print options

    • To print all the action plans for a goal year, filter on the goal year, select one of the action plans and click All Action Plans For Year.

      The report includes all the information on all the employee's action plans for all goals for all periods for the selected year, including the goal details and the comments.

    • To print all the action plans for a year and period, filter on the goal year and period, select one of the action plans, and click All Action Plans For Period.

      The report includes all the information on all the employee's action plans for all goals for the selected period, including the goal details and the comments.

    • To print the action plan for a single goal and period, select the action plan for the period you want to print. On the Period tab, click Action Plan.

      This report includes only the action plan text and comments for the period, as well as the goal details.

    • To print the action plans for all the periods of a single goal, select any of the periods for the goals. On the View All Periods tab, click Action Plan.

      The report includes the action plan text and comments for each period, as well as the goal details.

      Note: 

      The tab dos not display periods that do not have a defined action plan for the goal, and only periods that have defined action plans are included in the report.
