Requirements for using the ActorOrgUnitHRAdmin_ST and ActorOrgUnitAccessLevelHRAdmin_ST roles

You must perform these tasks to use the ActorOrgUnitHRAdmin_ST and ActorOrgUnitAccessLevelHRAdmin_ST roles:

• Enable the HR Administration Consolidated WebApp feature toggle.

  See Enabling feature toggles.

• Assign the ActorOrgUnitHRAdmin_ST or ActorOrgUnitAccessLevelHRAdmin_ST and ActorOrgUnitEmployee_ST to the actor in User Management on the Security Roles tab.

  See Infor Landmark Technology Library (Cloud) and select Administrator > Administration > User Setup and Security.

• Assign the actor to an organization unit. Select HR Administration > Administration > Setup > Actor Organization Unit or select Administrator > Set Up > Actor Organization Unit > Actor Org Unit Levels Setup.

• Set the value of HCM_ExcludeFlattenedActorOrg configuration parameter to true. Select Administration Console > Configuration Parameters > Defined Parameters. In the Component column, ensure the value is config. In the Key column, specify HCM_ExcludeFlattenedActorOrg and confirm or update the value to true.
