Rebuild maintenance utilities

To correct out-of-sync data conditions and rebuild data, you must run the rebuild maintenance utilities. Consider changing to organizational structure to run rebuild maintenance utilities for selected or all organizations.

To immediately reflect the latest changes in the system, schedule or manually run rebuild maintenance utilities.

Changes that are made to a new resource's work assignment in an organization unit are reflected in the OrgUnitWorkAssignment business class. The same business class is updated when an organization unit is created or moved to a different organization. You must run rebuild maintenance utilities to view these changes. The new record is saved in the system before you run the rebuild maintenance utilities.

Utilities run in the Data Maintenance and Rebuild Default queue, unless you have assigned another queue to the utility.

Note: After your system is upgraded, you must run Customer Updates before running any rebuild maintenance utilities.
