Security Entity for Time

The ActorOrgUnitTimeAdmin_ST role enhances the Security Entity feature for Time by providing required access for time administration setup and control. This role restricts visibility and actions to employees within the user’s assigned organization units, supporting secure and efficient time management.

• ActorOrgUnitTimeAdmin_ST applies to the Resources, Time Records, Maintenance, and Integrations menus. It filters and displays information for employees within the user’s organization unit.
• TimeAdmin_ST is used for the Administration or Setup pages, where access is based on data, not organizational structure.
