Creating mapping records for the EEO-5 report

  1. Map your job country attribute code to the corresponding EEO job categories.
    1. Select Administrator > Reports > Regulatory Reporting > US > EEO-5 > Set Up.
    2. Click the Job Category Mapping tab.
    3. Click Create.
    4. Specify the effective date, country or jurisdiction, job country attribute category, job country attribute code, and EEO-5 job category.
    5. Click Save.
  2. Map your ethnicity types to the corresponding EEO ethnicity types.
    1. Select Administrator > Reports > Regulatory Reporting > US > EEO-5 > Set Up.
    2. Click the Ethnicity Type Mapping tab.
    3. Click Create.
    4. Specify the effective date, ethnicity type, and EEO-5 ethnicity.
    5. Click Save.
  3. Map your work types to part-time or full-time.
    1. Select Administrator > Reports > Regulatory Reporting > US > EEO-5 > Set Up > Set Up.
    2. Click the Full Time/Part Time Type Mapping tab.
    3. Click Create.
    4. Specify the work type and the full-time or part-time status.
    5. Click Save.
