Reactivating organization units

You must reactivate each organization unit in a branch individually. Activating an organization unit does not automatically activate its subordinate organization units.

  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Structure > Organization Units.
  2. On the Structure tab, expand the organization structure that contains the organization unit to reactivate. Continue to expand the structure until you locate the organization unit.
  3. Open the organization unit.
  4. On the Detail tab, select the Active check box to make the organization unit active.
  5. Click Save.
