Creating EEO-1 companies and establishments
- Select Administrator > Reports > Regulatory Reporting > US > EEO-1 > Set Up.
 - On the Company and Establishment tab, click Create, and specify this information:
           
- Effective Date
 - Specify the effective date.
 
- OFS Company ID
 - 
              
This number is assigned to your company by the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
 - Establishment Type
 - 
              
Select Single Establishment if your organization has only one location. Select Multi Establishment if there is more than one location.
 - Country/Jurisdiction
 - 
              
Select the country in which the company is located.
 - Job Country Attribute Category
 - 
              
Select the attribute category for this report.
 - Active
 - Selected by default. Clear this check box to inactivate the company.
 
 - Click Save.
 - Within the EEO company, create an establishment for each of your organization's locations. Under Establishments, click Create.
 - Specify the effective date.
 - On the Company Identification tab, specify this information:
           
- EEO-1 Establishment
 - 
              
Specify an identifier for the establishment.
 - Establishment Name
 - 
              
Optionally, specify the name of the establishment.
 - Headquarters
 - 
              
Optionally, select this check box if this location is your company headquarters.
 - Eligibility Group
 - 
              
Select the custom group that contains the resources that are included in this establishment.
 - Active
 - 
              
Select the Active check box to activate the establishment for the company.
 - EEO Assigned Unit Number
 - 
              
Optionally, specify the unit number that is assigned to your establishment by the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
 - Location
 - 
              
Select the physical location of the establishment. This must be a defined HR location.
 - Employer Identification Number
 - 
              
Optionally, specify the nine- digit tax number for the employer.
 - NAICS Code
 - 
              
Specify the North American Industry Classification System code for the employer. This code describes the activity performed by most employees across all company holdings.
 - NORC User ID
 - 
              
Optionally, specify the National Opinion Research Center (NORC) User ID. This User ID is assigned to your establishment by the National Opinion Research Center.
 - Was an EEO-1 report filed for this establishment last year?
 - If you select Yes, the establishment Status Type is set to 9 in the report file. This determines if the establishment is new for EEO-1 Reporting.
 - Comments
 - Optionally, use this field to report single-establishment, headquarters, and establishment-level comments. For example, this field can be used for employers to report data for non-binary employees.
 
 - On the Federal Contractor Designation tab, specify this information:
           
- Is Establishment Federal?
 - Use this field to identify whether the headquarter or establishment is a federal contractor. Select Yes if it is a federal contractor or No if it is not. This field is ignored for single filers and can be blank on a single establishment file.
 - Unique Entity ID (UEI)
 - This field is required if the establishment is federal. The unique entity identifier used across the federal government has changed from the DUNS Number to the Unique Entity ID.
 
 - On the Certification tab, specify the name and contact information for the person in your company who certifies that the report is accurate and truthful.
 - Click Save.
