Exporting employee records

Exporting employee records come with pre-requisites:
  • Mappings have been defined in Process Server Administrator > Configuration > Cross Reference
  • These properties have been configured (Process Server Administrator > Configuration > System Configuration > main):
    • LTM_HRMProdline: The data area for the corresponding product line the user is connecting
    • LTM_Organization: The organization that will be interfaced
  1. Select Administrator > Utilities > Interfaces > HRM Interface > Employee > Employee.
  2. On the Not Processed tab, select the records to export.
  3. Select Actions > Export Record
    You can view the status of the process in Work Units (Process Server Administrator > Administration > Work Units > Work Units).
  4. Verify that the status is Completed on Work Units. The exported file is now available in HRM.
