Setting up Basis of Contribution for NPS

  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Payroll > Basis Of Contribution Setup.
  2. Specify this information:
    Effective Date
    Specify the effective date.
    National Pension Scheme Map To Benefit
    Select which Other Amount field will indicate the wage value. Benefits uses the amount in the field specified to calculate the contribution for NPS.
  3. Click Save.
  4. On the National Pension Scheme Pay Elements tab, click the Helper List button to display the Pay Elements screen.
  5. Select one or more pay elements, and click Create National Pension Scheme Pay Element.
  6. Specify the Effective Date, and click OK.
  7. Click Close.
