Transition tasks

Administrators must enable the Employee Consolidated Webapp feature toggle.

As an employee, you can view assigned, unassigned, completed, and all transition tasks in Transition Management.

Optionally, you can access transition tasks in the Employee web application. To access transition tasks in Employee space, select Employee > Profile > Work > Transition Tasks.

You can accept unassigned tasks, save an email template for a transition task, and send emails to notify affected employees. You are responsible for completing transition tasks that are assigned to you.

To notify affected employees automatically that a task is assigned, you can create an email template.
