Exploring all roles within the organization

You can discover and research roles that may interest you now or in the future. Using the information you provided in your career profile, you can view applicable roles and use that information to reflect on the possibilities and make informed choices.

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select Career Opportunities > Career Planning.
  3. Click the Explore All Roles button to display a list of roles based on the preferences you specified. The View Positions window is displayed, click Submit.
  4. If there are multiple positions shown, use the Search By Position field to search for a specific position.
  5. Click Clear or Refine to view different positions in the organization.
  6. Select the position and click View Details.
    From the Positions page you can select a position as a favorite, take the next step in creating a plan to work toward attaining the position, and view the current job board. Based on the qualifications you previously specified, you can view how you match to the position and which qualifications you must possess to attain this position.

    If Talent Science is enabled, you can take a behavioral assessment to understand which positions may suit you and how your preferences and tendencies align with those people who are successful in the role.

  7. Click Create Plan to make this position part of your career planning process. You can create multiple career plans as needed.
  8. Click the Take Behavioral Assessment button to start the assessment and complete it as instructed.
    After completion, you can view your behavioral fit for the positions you open and click the View Personal Career Dashboard link to access your personal career dashboard in the Talent Science portal.
    Your behavioral assessment score falls within one of these behavioral fit levels:
    • Very High: 84–99%
    • High: 72–83%
    • Moderate: 60–71%
    • Low: 0–59%
