Enrollment

Your organization can make enrollment features available only during the enrollment period.

You can enroll in specific benefit plans during enrollment. If configured, you can also add dependents and beneficiaries while enrolling.

You can change your smoking status during enrollment. Changing your smoker status may affect your eligibility or costs for certain benefit plans. You can also change your smoker status after initial benefit enrollment.

Your organization also provides documents describing the plans available, which you can download. Additional enrollment links might be displayed to provide other information, such as a medical cost calculator, plan comparisons, and plan documents.
