Canceling processed time off requests
If you have this time off option enabled in , you can cancel time off requests that have already been approved and processed.
Once a processed time off request is canceled, the hours are added back to your Available balance if it did not use Carryover hours that have expired.
Once your cancellation has been approved and processed, it is displayed on your time off calendar with a check mark to show its approved status.
- Select .
- On the calendar, click the time off request.
- On the form, click .
- Optionally, specify a reason for the request in the Reason and Comment fields.
- Once submitted, you can view your cancellation request by opening it in your time off calendar. The Time Off Cancellation section shows the details of your request.
