Viewing activity outcomes

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select My Development > Catalog > Browse.
    Optionally, select My Profile > Fit Analysis > Activities That Fill This Gap > Suggested Activities.
  3. Open the row for an activity.
  4. Click the Outcomes tab.
  5. Open the row for an outcome.
    The Outcome page provides additional information about the expected outcome, including the effective date and status. The page also shows the outcome's qualification source, rating scale, rating level, and validation method if they were configured for this activity.
