Updating contact information
          Some fields are available only when they are configured by your organization.
         
         - Sign in as an employee.
 - Select My Profile > Personal.
 - In the Contact Information pane, click the right arrow icon.
 - To add a phone number or voice or fax communications, click Add Phone and specify this information:
           
- Effective Date
 - Select the date when the phone number is displayed as part of your contact information.
 - Active
 - Optionally, clear this check box to make your phone number inactive.
 - Description
 - Optionally, specify a short description for your phone number.
 - Telephone Type
 - Select the type of your phone number.
 - Country/Jurisdiction
 - Select the country where your phone number is issued.
 - Country/Jurisdiction Code
 - Select the country code of your phone number.
 - Phone Number
 - Specify your complete phone number to add as your contact information.
 - Ext
 - Optionally, specify the extension number in your phone number.
 - Change This To Be Work Phone
 - Select this check box to use the phone number as your work phone number.
 - Preferred Telephone Pager or Fax Number
 - Select this check box to use the phone number as your primary number from all the numbers that are listed as your contact information.
 - When Available
 - Optionally, specify the best time to contact your phone number. For example, evenings.
 
 - To add an email address, click Add Email and select this information:
           
- Effective Date
 - Select the date when the email address is displayed as part of your contact information.
 - Active
 - Optionally, clear this check box to make your email address inactive.
 - Description
 - Specify a short description for your email address. For example, personal.
 - Email Address
 - Specify your complete email address to add as your contact information.
 - Change This To Be Work Email
 - Select this check box to use the email address as work email address.
 - Preferred Email
 - Select this check box to use the email address as your primary email from all the email addresses that are listed as your contact information.
 - When Available
 - Optionally, specify the best time to contact your email address. For example, evenings.
 
 - To add instant message (IM) addresses, click Add IM and specify this information:
           
- Effective Date
 - Select the date when the IM address is displayed as part of your contact information.
 - Active
 - Optionally, clear this check box to make your IM address inactive.
 - Description
 - Specify a short description for your IM address. For example, personal.
 - Instant Message Address
 - Specify your complete IM address to add as your contact information.
 - Network
 - Specify the network of your IM address. For example, Yahoo.
 - Preferred Instant Message
 - Select this check box to use the IM address as your primary email from all the email addresses that are listed as your contact information.
 - When Available
 - Optionally, specify the best time to contact your email address. For example, evenings.
 
 - Click Submit.
