Adding organizational goal alignments

  1. Select one of these menu options:
    • Manage Goals
    • My Development > Development Plan
    • My Profile > Goals
  2. On the Draft or Active tab, open the goal to align with organizational goals.
  3. Click the Aligned Goals tab.
  4. On Aligned Organizational Goals, click Align.
  5. Select the appropriate organizational goal, and click OK.
