Inactivating your goals

Note: Bonus objective goals entered in Compensation and goals with a goal type where the Approve Goals By Year option is selected cannot be inactivated.

The administrator, manager, and employee can inactivate goals.

  1. Select Manage Goals,

    or select My Profile > Goals,

    or select My Development > Development Plan.

  2. On the Active tab, select the goal to inactivate, or select My Development > Select All Actions > Inactivate Goal.
  3. Optionally, specify comments.
  4. Click OK.

    The goal is moved to your Inactive tab.
