Sharing your calendar

If you are in an interview team, you can share your calendars with other team members so all updates to calendar invites are synchronized.

Before updates are synchronized in the system, recruiting administrators must perform these tasks:
  1. Add the calendar platform's API suite in Infor API Gateway.

    See Infor OS User and Administration Library (Cloud) and select Administrator > API Gateway.

  2. Enable and configure advanced interview scheduling in Talent Acquisition.

    See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select User > Talent Acquisition.

All calendars that you share are monitored in Cronofy. When calendar invites are updated, the system is notified in Talent Acquisition. The updates in the calendar invite are sent by Cronofy through the callback URL that is generated in the API Gateway and specified in the configuration of the advanced interview scheduling.

  1. Sign in as an employee.
  2. Select Resources > Interview Team Setup > Share My Calendar.
  3. Select the supported calendar platform to share.
    If you select Apple iCloud, specify the Apple ID and app-specific password. To link your Apple iCloud account, you must generate an app-specific password.
    If you select Exchange, specify the email address and password. Optionally, specify your Exchange server URL and username.
  4. Select the I agree to the Cronofy Terms of Service and Privacy Policy check box.
  5. Click Link Account.
