Changing addresses

Some fields are available only when they are configured by your organization.

You can change your address details or your entire address.

Before changing an address using the Address Lookup integration, an administrator must first run the Address Lookup integration in Infor HR Talent.

See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Resources Setup and Administration.

If your organization does not require approval for changing addresses, then the address change is displayed immediately in your profile throughout the application.

  1. Select an address to change:
    1. Sign in as Employee.
    2. Select My Profile > Personal Information
    3. In the Addresses pane, select an address to update.
    4. Click Change Address.
  2. Change an address:
    1. Select the effective date of the address.
    2. Optionally, select a reason whether to add or change an address.
    3. Optionally, provide a description of the address.
    4. Click Edit.
    5. Select the country of the address.
    6. Specify the street address.
    7. Specify the city of the address.
    8. Select the state or province of the address.
    9. Specify the zip code of the address.
    10. Optionally, select the region of the address.
    11. Optionally, specify the county or district of the address.
    12. Optionally, provide a comment of the address.
    13. Click Submit.
  3. Optionally, change an address using the Address Lookup integration:
    1. To change your address details, click Edit.
    2. To change your entire address, click Clear and then click Yes.
    3. Select the Search for Address check box.
      Note: After you select the Search for Address check box, the existing address is deleted.
    4. Select the effective date of the address.
    5. Optionally, select a reason whether to add or change an address.
    6. Optionally, provide a description of the address.
    7. Select the country of the address.
    8. Specify the address. Optionally, select a suggested address or address group that is displayed in the Enter your address here field.

      You can select a more specific address from the list of addresses in an address group.

    9. Optionally, select the Enter Address Manually check box to change an address manually.
    10. Optionally, provide a comment of the address.
    11. Click Submit.
