- Sign in as Employee.
- Select .
- On the At A Glance tab, click Ethnicity Details.
The Ethnicity And Race Self Identification Survey page is displayed.
- Optionally, specify this information:

Hispanic or Latino Origin

Select this check box if you identify yourself as being Hispanic or Latino.

Race(s)
-
Select the check box for one or more of the choices listed.
- Click Save.
