Finalizing an other-rater appraisal

Before finalizing the other-rater appraisal, you must complete all sections of the appraisal. You cannot change an appraisal after you complete it.

  1. Sign in as Employee.
  2. Select My Reviews or My Profile > Performance.
  3. On the Other Rater tab, select the check box for an appraisal.
  4. Click Finalize Appraisal.

    The appraisal is removed from the Other Rater tab and is displayed on the Historical tab. It is also accessible to the manager of the employee for whom you completed the appraisal.
