Manually activating and inactivating employment contracts

Select HR Administration > Contracts > Employment Contracts.
Select an employment contract, and then click the More Actions menu.
Select Activate or Inactivate.

Note: Employment contracts in Pending Approval or Approved status are always active; they cannot be activated or inactivated. You cannot reactivate Draft or In Negotiation status contracts if there is another version of that contract that is in Approved status.
