Creating enrollments by compensation program

Use this procedure create enrollments for compensation programs that use an eligibility group to determine who may enroll in the program.

Select Compensation > Incentive Compensation > Enrollment > Resource Enrollment.
Click the By Enrollment Group On Compensation Program tab.
On the panel for Select Compensation Programs, select one or more compensation programs.
The Resources Enrolled panel shows the resources that belong to the eligibility group for the compensation program.
On the panel for Select Compensation Programs, select Create Enrollment.
Specify this information:

Allow Manager Review Only

Select this check box for managers to review variable incentive plans for their direct reports before they are made available to the resources.
Note: You cannot select both Allow Manager Review Only and Complete Finalization Process Automatically. If you do not select an option, then the enrollments are created in Pending status.

Complete Finalization Process Automatically

Select this check box to initiate the finalization process as soon as you click OK.
Note: You cannot select both Allow Manager Review Only and Complete Finalization Process Automatically. If you do not select an option, then the enrollments are created in Pending status.
Click OK to run the action immediately or click the Schedule button to schedule the action for a later time.
When the action is completed, the enrolled resources for the selected compensation programs are displayed on the Resources Enrolled panel.
Check for errors on the Errors tab.
