Enabling exception employee

To enable the Exception Employee feature, administrators and compensation analysts must configure the setting through the Organization Configuration menu.

Select Administration > Setup.
On the Primary pane, select Organization Configuration.
In the Step And Grade Schedules section, select Exception Employees.

After the feature is enabled, administrators or compensation analysts can access the Exception Employee and Exception lump sum calculation lists.
