Setting up tier guidelines in salary awarding

You can use this feature only when the optional Consolidated Webapp menu structure is enabled. See your system administrator to determine if the Consolidated Webapp feature toggle is activated.

  1. Select Administration.
  2. Click the Setup tab.
  3. On the Compensation Planning pane, click Awarding View.
  4. Open the awarding view that is associated with the Planning Rule – Equity award.
  5. Click the Awarding Display tab.
  6. Select the Equity Planning Tier check box.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Update additional information for the awarding view setup.
  9. From the Status list, select Final.
  10. Click Save.
