Mass updating pay rates for work assignments

  1. Select Administration > Setup > Step And Grade Schedules.
  2. Select Step and Grade Schedules, then click Mass Update Work Assignment Pay Rates.
  3. Specify this information:
    Step and grade schedule(s)
    Select the step and grade schedule to update. You can select up to six step and grade schedules.
    Reason
    Specify the reason code.
    All Active Step And Grade Schedules
    Select the All Active Step And Grade Schedules check box to run the action for all active step and grade schedules.
  4. Click Submit.
