External candidate access configuration
The system can be configured to enable external candidates to access and use the Candidate Space. This feature improves security and visibility of external candidate identities. It provides flexible authentication options for external candidates.
The recruiter manages external candidate profiles. Recruiters can perform these functions:
- Add external candidates
- Update external candidate profiles
- Send email notifications to external candidates
- Assist external candidates to reset their passwords
The feature includes the following options:
- Primary and alternate email addresses
- Codes for external candidate verification
- Notification when a candidate changes their email address
- Branding
- Links on the sign-in page links for Terms of Use, Contact Us, and Policy
- Email sent from the system
- Password requirements
These features are available only to customer implementations that meet these requirements:
- Multi-tenant
- Landmark version 2022.x
- HR Talent version 2022.06 or later
- All external and third-party job boards must be using Candidate Experience in each organization
Enablement is done through provisioning. When the advanced feature is provisioned, customers can configure its components.
