Manager appraisal approval

This trigger creates a work unit when an appraisal requires approval by a manager. The approval request is initiated by the manager.

Prerequisites	A request for an appraisal approval must exist.
Initiating event	A resource acknowledges an appraisal in Employee Space.
Resolution action	If acknowledged by Manager, sent to Manager's Manager for final acknowledgment. Each time the appraisal is acknowledged, comments must be added.
