Assisting external candidates to reset their passwords from the requisitions

  1. Select Talent Acquisitions > Requisitions.
  2. In the Job List, select a requisition.
  3. Click All.
  4. Right-click an external candidate and select Send Email To Reset Password.
  5. Select the primary or alternate email address of the external candidate who must receive the password reset details.
  6. Select the job board to which the external candidate belongs.
  7. Click Submit.
