Setting up predictor fields

1. As Talent Science Administrator, open the Talent Science Administrator process board.
2. Select Setup > Predictor Fields.
3. Verify that the Used In Final Model column is set to Yes for the fields that are used for outcome calculation.
4. Open the Predictor Field record for each field that is used for the outcome calculation.
   1. Specify the coefficient, weight, and target details for each Predictor Field record using the spreadsheet that was provided by the Infor Talent Science team.
   2. If the field is being used for intervention suggestion, select the Field Used For Intervention check box and specify information in the Text and Details fields.
