Assisting external candidates to reset their passwords
Managers and recruiters can assist candidates to reset their passwords. They can send an email to the candidate’s primary or alternate email.
Before recruiters can assist external candidates to reset their passwords, you must enable Candidate External Entity to your organization.

They can send a password reset link to the external candidate’s primary or alternate email from these menus in Talent Acquisition:
- Candidates
- Requisitions
- Workflows
This feature is available on the Candidates page and at the job application pages. The email includes a link to a password reset page.
- Select .
- Search a candidate:
- Click All.
- Specify the external candidate's information.
- Click .
- Right-click the candidate and select .
- Select the primary or alternate email address of the external candidate who must receive the password reset details.
- Select the job board to which the external candidate’s application belongs.
- Click .
