Configuring shared data with Infor Financials and Supply Management
The Finance Enterprise Group and currency data from Infor Financials and Supply Management are shared automatically in Infor HR Talent.
Before implementing HR Payroll, you must configure the shared data before.
Note: Once shared data is enabled, it cannot be disabled.
Note: You cannot make data copies unless all tenants are synchronized. In other words, all shared data views on all tenants must be either enabled, or all shared data views on all tenants must be disabled.
Shared data includes this data maintained in Infor Financials and Supply Management:
- Finance enterprise group
- Currencies (currency codes)
- Currency rate tables
- Currency relationship
- Currency exchange rates (currency daily rates)

The enablement process to share data differs when either or both Infor HR Talent or Infor Financials and Supply Management applications are already configured.

- Sharing data with new Infor HR Talent and Infor Financials and Supply Management systems
- Sharing data with existing Infor HR Talent and Infor Financials and Supply Management systems
- Sharing data with an existing Infor HR Talent and new Infor Financials and Supply Management system
