Requirements for using the ActorOrgUnit roles

These tasks must be performed to use the ActorOrgUnit roles.

• The Consolidated WebApp feature for the module must be enabled on the Feature Toggle page.

  See Infor HR Talent User and Administration Library (Cloud and On-premises) and select Administrator > HR Talent Setup and Administration.

• The administration role for the module and the ActorOrgUnitEmployee_ST roles must be assigned to the actor in User Management on the Security Roles tab.

• The actor must be assigned to an organization unit. Select HR Administration > Administration > Setup > Actor Organization Unit or select Administrator > Set Up > Actor Organization Unit > Actor Org Unit Levels Setup.

• Set the value of HCM_ExcludeFlattenedActorOrg configuration parameter to true. Select Administration Console > Configuration Parameters > Defined Parameters. In the Component column, ensure the value is config. In the Key column, specify HCM_ExcludeFlattenedActorOrg and confirm or update the value to true.
