Changing the status of session-registered learners

If you change the status of learners registered in a session from Complete to another status, you can no longer access the completed items such as certifications, checklists, and development plans.

  1. Select Catalog > Activities and Sessions.
  2. Click Activities and Sessions > Active Sessions.
  3. Select an active session.
  4. Click the Registrations tab.
  5. Select a registration record.
  6. Right-click and select Change Status.
  7. In the Change Status window specify a new status.

    For example, select Confirmed.

  8. Click Submit and Ok.
  9. In the Confirmation Required window, click Ok.

    If the activity is in the status withdrawn, waived, or canceled status for an employee, the activity status is updated when their session statuses are changed.

    Learning administrators or local learning administrators can override the Requested status of employees and approve or reject registration requests of employees.
