Defining activity equivalents

Use this procedure if there are other activities equivalent to the current activity.

  1. Select Learning and Development > Catalog > Activities And Sessions.
  2. On the Activities panel, open the activity to update.
  3. Select the Equivalents tab.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Effective Date

    Specify the effective date.

    Equivalent Activity

    Select the equivalent activity.

    Equivalency Type
    Select Unilateral if this activity is equivalent to the current activity but not vice versa.
    Select Bilateral if this activity is equivalent to the current activity and vice versa.
    Active

    Select the Active check box to make the equivalent activity activity active. Inactive equivalencies activities are not displayed in lists.

  6. Click Save.
