Canceling session registrations

Resources can withdraw from a session. Their managers, their mentors, and the learning manager can cancel a session registration at any time.

Select the registration to cancel.
- Select Learning and Development > Registration And Completion > Session Registrations, and locate the confirmed or wait-listed registration to cancel.
  
  Or
- Select Learning and Development > Registration And Completion > Manage Registrations, select the session, and locate the registration to cancel on the Confirmed Registration or Wait-listed tab.
  
  Or
- Select Learning and Development > Resources > Resource Activities, select the resource, open the activity on the Activities tab, and locate the registration to cancel on the Registrations tab.
  
  Or
- Select Learning and DevelopmentDevelopment Tasks, locate and open the activity, and locate the registration on the Registrations tab.
  
  Or
Select the registration to cancel.
Select Actions > Cancel Registration.
Select the cancellation reason and add comments.

Note: Cancellation reasons are defined under Administrator > Set Up.
Click OK.
