Assigning instructors to sessions
- Select Learning and Development > Catalog > Activities And Sessions.
 - Locate and select the activity for which to update a session.
 - On the Active Sessions tab, open the session to which to assign instructors.
 - Select the Instructors tab.
 - Click Create.
 - Specify this information:
           
- Effective Date
 - 
              
Required. Specify the effective date.
 - Instructor
 - 
              
Required. Select an instructor.
Instructors are internal resources who are defined as instructors on Learning and Development > Set Up > Instructors.
 - Type
 - 
              
Select the instructor status: Primary, Back Up, or On Call.
 - Active
 - Select if you want to make the instructor active for this session.
 
 - Select instructor notifications:
           
- Incomplete Attendance
 - Select this option to send notifications to the instructor when there is incomplete attendance and then select the frequency of the notifications.
 - Classes Approaching Start Date
 - Select this option to notifications to the instructor about classes with approaching start dates and specify the number of days before the class start date.
 - Class Instructor Assigned
 - Select this option to send notifications to the instructor when instructor assigned for this session has changed.
 - Class Details Changed
 - Select this option to send notifications to the instructor when class details changed.
 
 - Click Save.
