Verifying users have appropriate credentails to add learning activities
Security administrators use this process to verify that users who have been enabled to add learning activities to Smart Help pages have the required credentials.
Users must have at least one of these security roles:
- Admin_ST
- LearningAdministrator_ST
- LearningAdministratorActorOrgUnit_ST
- Select .
- Search for the actor for whom you want to verify rights.
- Open the actor record and click the Roles tab.
- Verify the actor has at least one of the roles assigned.
