Assigning approvers for sessions
The learning administrator can assign the approvers for sessions.
If there is an existing registration request, the Approver field is not available.
When an employee requests a registration, the learning administrator cannot change the approver. The learning administrator can change the approver after all requests are completed.
- Select .
 - Open a session.
 - In the Registration section, select the Require Approval check box.
 - Click , and specify the effective date.
 - Specify the approver in the Approver field.
