Activating delivered badges

Five badges are delivered with the application. An administrator must activate these badges before they can be assigned to activities or certifications.

  1. Select Setup > Badges.
  2. On the Badges tab, double-click a badge.
  3. Set the Status to Active.
  4. Repeat for all badges that you want to activate.
  5. Click Submit.
