Activating selected Draft resource checklists

  1. In Learning and Development, access the Draft resource checklist to activate.

    • To access the Draft resource checklists for a specific checklist:

      1. Select Learning and Development > Checklists > Assignment.

      2. On the Checklists tab, select the checklist for the resource checklist.

      3. On the Resource panel, select the Draft resource checklist or checklists to activate.

    • To access all resource checklists that are currently in Draft status:

      1. Select Learning and Development > Checklists > Maintenance.

      2. On the Review Draft Checklists tab, select the Draft resource checklist or checklists to activate.

  2. Select Actions > Activate.

    The status of each selected resource checklist immediately changes to Active.

    Note: If you performed the Activate action from the Review Drafts Checklists tab, each resource checklist you activated is removed from the list.
